Welcome

I’m Sara (she/her), a licensed therapist based in Eugene, Oregon. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing major life transitions, grief and loss, illness, and stress. I also offer support with psychedelic integration.  My approach is integrative and honors the body-mind connection—recognizing the emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical challenges that often arise during times of change and transition.

When we experience pain—physical or emotional—it can be overwhelming. Sometimes it’s been with us for years; other times it arrives suddenly and turns life upside down. We all develop ways of coping, and while those strategies may help us survive, they can also leave us feeling stuck, drained, or disconnected. Therapy offers a gentle space to explore and understand yourself, and to shift your relationship with your experiences, even when they are painful. My goal is to help my clients live with more ease, awareness, and authentic connection with themselves and with others.

My work is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in a deep confidence in each person’s innate wisdom.
